ubertoaster said: I mad an amazing breaded and baked eggplant recipe once, Skwerl and her Dorm roommate loved it. it calls for pasta sauce, bread crumbs eggs and cheese. maybe I can find it again for you.
sounds cool, i think we thought of trying eggplant parmesian once but my roommate was too impatient to bake so we made pasta instead.. i don’t have all the ingredients rn though so i guess that’s another day
ah yeah, it is something that you’d start like an hour before you get hungry. the really time consuming recipes are more difficult XD, but I find them satisfying :B
buh don’t feel like eating any of the food we got does anyone have any good vegetarian recipes
ok found a similar recipe to the one I made here. (x)
however instead of pan frying like they suggest in step 2, I baked it untill golden brown, layered it all together with the sauce & cheese then baked it again.

EDIT: also you can pretty much substitute the eggplant here for almost any other veggie and it’ll be good.

Better example, yeah XD. some are of the mind that since the north and south are connected, it’s just the one continent ‘America’. but then you’d also have to consider Europe and Asia to be together as well, ‘Eurasia’. same problem.
